We’re hosting gatherings in communities across Wisconsin to bring wetland enthusiasts like you together—because to protect wetlands, we need a vibrant, active community of people who care deeply about these places—people like you. I hope you'll join us!
Sunday, September 13th 5:00-7:00 pm The Spirit Room 1323 Broadway Street, Superior, WI 54880
Celebrate wetlands and wetland enthusiasts at a special social gathering at The Spirit Room in Superior! Engage with other wetland enthusiasts and help build the community working together to protect and restore Wisconsin’s wetlands.
The Spirit Room is a creative cocktail and mocktail lounge located inside Superior’s old City Hall. We have the whole place to ourselves for this gathering, as usually they aren’t even open on Sundays! Weather permitting, we can hang out on their lovely outdoor patio. We’ll provide some basic snacks, and you are welcome to bring take-out from local establishments or carry in your eats. There's even talk about offering a special wetland-themed cocktail specially for the gathering—stay tuned!
Your RSVP will help us plan for the crowd—but you are welcome to attend even if you don’t RSVP. Bring your friends, neighbors, and family!
Meetings are held in person at Blackwoods on London Road, in the patio room to the right of the bar. Meetings start at 5 PM on the second and fourth Tuesdays with social hour starting at 4:45 PM. There is a $10 fee for meetins which covers a non-alcholic beverage and food.
